The overall approach to the elevational treatment of the Contour tower is to complement the emerging context of the New Jackson neighbourhood. Consideration has been given to the form, and its relationship with the adjacent towers of Deansgate Square, which act as both contrasting and unifying elements. The elegant, extruded form with undulating chamfered corners creates a strong, responsive façade language. These corners are fully glazed, forming reflective angular facets, whilst the principal elevations have been designed in coloured anodised aluminium to provide a visually contrasting surface.
The tower is anchored by double-height tapered columns and a two-storey podium with private garden spaces.
