Last week, our Finance, Engineering, Commercial and Operations trainees and graduates took part in an Outward Bound Development Course - a two-day programme designed to strengthen skills in communication, teamwork, resilience, and a growth mindset.
The programme combined outdoor team challenges with an indoor reflective learning session, helping participants apply insights around quality, efficiency and collaboration back to the workplace.
It was a fun and engaging couple of days that brought colleagues together, challenged them in new ways, and encouraged fresh thinking – reflecting our continued commitment to investing in our people and empowering the next generation of industry leaders.
