trainees & graduates

We offer opportunities to bright and enthusiastic trainees and graduates across Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Finance departments.

You will be given the opportunity to work on our prestigious projects and will receive excellent training and development to begin your career in construction.

  • Apprenticeship programme

Each year we recruit a number of individuals for higher apprenticeships in Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying. The apprenticeship is paid, and throughout the programme, apprentices develop valuable job skills whilst attending college one day a week to achieve an HNC qualification in the relevant area.

Depending on the individual and their existing qualifications, this may vary, and candidates may need to work towards a BTEC first. The programme lasts 2–3 years and can lead to a degree. You will also have regular meetings and support from the HR department to ensure you have everything you need to complete the apprenticeship successfully.

  • What we are looking for

Candidates must demonstrate an excellent work ethic, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for the construction industry. In addition, 5 GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including Maths and English, are essential, along with 104 UCAS points (or predicted), including at least one STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths).

If you believe you have the right attitude and drive, please submit your CV and covering letter below.
