Currently, we are developing three major neighbourhoods at key strategic gateways across Manchester city centre. Each neighbourhood features commercial and social infrastructure, exceptional residential amenities, thoughtfully designed public spaces, and green areas for both residents and the wider public.
As the majority landowner in each location, we are leading the transformation in creating these new city centre districts.
Future Living, Today
We understand that creating new neighbourhoods includes a great responsibility to get the balance right between residential development, commercial uses, green spaces, and social infrastructure to create sustainable communities that stand the test of time.
Whether it’s a green park with a children’s play area, a variety of curated local, independent commercial operators, or new sustainable pedestrian and cycle pathways, we strive to provide our residents and the surrounding community with diverse spaces to enjoy.
Once complete, we will deliver just under 14 acres of public realm across our neighbourhoods with a total investment of £55 million.
Positively Impacting Communities
At Renaker, we work closely with local councillors, community representatives, and independent, community-focused operators – maintaining an open and ongoing dialogue to help activate both commercial and public spaces.
As part of our commitment to building sustainable communities, we have also appointed a ‘Head of Experience’ to help bring life to each neighbourhood. Their role is to work closely with our on-site teams and commercial partners to create a year-round programme of exciting events, designed to enliven spaces for both residents and the public to enjoy.
