We are delighted to have built Crown Street Primary School – the first primary school to be constructed in Manchester city centre in nearly two decades.
The school opened in September 2024 and will accommodate up to 210 children by 2030, growing year by year as pupils move through the year groups. It currently offers 30 reception places and 24 pre-school places for the local community.

New Jackson Medical Centre, spanning 8,000 sq ft, is operated by the NHS and provides much-needed, accessible primary health and care services for Manchester residents and the local community.
