A Thriving New Community

The completion of Vista River Gardens in November 2025 marked a significant milestone in the evolution of Trinity Island. As the first of two towers to reach completion within the neighbourhood, the 55-storey skyscraper comprises 484 apartments and introduces four levels of exceptional private amenity space, including one-of-a-kind features such as an outdoor climbing wall in The Wellness Deck and The Green & Screen, featuring a 92-inch TV, putting green and shuffleboard.
