Architects’ Vision

Three60 is an elegant cylindrical tower set above a sinuous podium, shared with The Blade, that wraps around the tower footprint and extends to provide landscaped roof terraces and define a pocket park. The tower’s circular floorplates create spacious apartments, with splayed living spaces opening out toward the perimeter, providing generous frontages and maximising views and daylight.

A spiral pattern in the façade accentuates the tower’s circular form. Gunmetal grey anodised aluminium decorative perforated panels conceal ventilation openings and provide subtle texture, in contrast with the reflective glazing. Tinted solar-controlled coatings to the glass give the tower a darker appearance, in deliberate contrast to The Blade’s bright white reflective finish.

At ground level, a striking double-height foyer welcomes residents and visitors with a gallery-like atmosphere. Timeless features, including polished concrete-effect flooring, textured plaster, fabric panelling, and timber slats, bring depth and warmth, while curated artworks enhance the space.
